Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 lemon (juice and zest)
236ml Probio7 Life Yogurt
Fresh parsley
150g pasta of choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook your chosen pasta for its recommended time.
- Whilst pasta is cooking, melt butter in a pan and mix in the garlic. Cook for around 40 seconds on a medium-low heat.
- Mix in the lemon juice and then remove pan from heat.
- Mix in the yogurt, salt, pepper and lemon zest to taste.
- Once pasta is cooked, drain from the water and add to the yogurt sauce.
- Serve with fresh parsley.
